How to come to the Medical Center of Doctor Germany

Typically, the doctor of the patient (or the patient) need to send to us the request and case history via fax, e-mail or through our web page. On our website you can also easily upload medical documentation of any size (ex. MRI or CT scans, photos, etc.) to our server.

After receiving the request we define the necessary examination or treatment, and will send you a cost estimate. After determining the form of payment you will receive an invitation for your visiting documents.

In case of an absence or inability to set the exact diagnosis, you will be sent an invitation for a visa to Germany. In this case, the cost estimates are provided in Düsseldorf after the examination and diagnosis. At the end of the treatment you make your final payment.

through the VIP-Lounge: limousine service at the ramp, simplified customs hall (additional charge)

In severe cases, a sick or injured patient can be sent to a special plane resuscitation (additional advance payment of 100%)
